UFA was commissioned to design, document and construct a new house on an existing site with an existing house that needed to be demolished first in order to realise the clients vision. Dealing with a complicated site and the demolishen of an entire existing house, we custom designed and built a modern, dream family home that took full advantage of their location and views of the city’s world-renowned Waterfront.
