In 2011 UFA was commissioned to design and document new additions and alterations to the clients existing house and site, situated in the prestigious area of Camps Bay in Cape Town. The initial concept was to add a whole new portion of the house to the front of the property giving a well needed face-lift to the site linking the original house situated far back on the site to the streetscape down below. A new multi-storey home addition, extension and upgrade to best maximize on the under-utilized steep sloped site.
